2. Products

Our products are personalized storybooks. Check the name, spelling, artwork and selected edition carefully before approving your book. Preview length, page count and personalization options vary by product. Printed colors may differ slightly from your screen.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

Preparation takes 1–3 business days, including personalization. Estimated shipping takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Personalized books are final sale for change-of-mind returns. You have 24 hours to review and request corrections after receiving the review invitation. Once printing begins, changes or cancellation may be unavailable. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review an appropriate replacement or refund. 6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of TaleBlossom and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaleBlossom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of our store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
