A little planning for a very personal gift

Check your child’s name, spelling, preview, selected edition and delivery address before placing your order.

Review and changes: within 24 hours

You have 1 day (24 hours) to review your book and request corrections after receiving the review invitation. Contact us promptly with your order number. Once printing begins, we may be unable to change or cancel the book.

Preparation: 1–3 business days

We prepare your order in 1–3 business days. Personalization is included in this preparation time; there is no separate personalization period.

Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 6–11 business days for preparation and delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs, peak periods and carrier delays may affect arrival; estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout. Your dispatch email includes tracking details when available. For a birthday or other deadline, ask us before ordering.

Returns and refunds for personalized books

Each book is made especially for your child. Personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of the affected book, packaging and shipping label where relevant. Keep the packaging, and do not return an item without instructions from us.

We review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
